I am new to the fitness world of Singapore and starting a 12 week program with lifting weights every second day. I am looking for a partner to lift weight at least once a week in the afternoon or evenings to keep up the motivation for us both and help out on the technical exercises. Weekends it can be all day.
You don´t have to be an expert, but motivated and ready for some lame Danish humor.
I still haven´t found a suitable gym yet, but planning to do so at the west coast ares, preferable Bukit Timah, Clementi and Holland Village - so I am open to any suggestions.
