Washing Powder creating stains !? (Singapore)

Hi there,
I started to wonder whether I am the only one or did anyone of you also experience that clothes become stained with unremovable purplish lines while(!) being in the washing machine? It's usually just one to three pieces, that are effected and it happens at 30C as well as at 40C and these stains ruined so many of my clothes by now that I am getting desperate.
I use PERSIL LOW SUDS with stain release system and I am suspecting that it is the "Extra Blue Speckles" in there... I would love to switch the washing powder, but am hesitating beause Lukas and I reacted with skin allergies to the Malayan alternative (liquid) they sell at Cold Storage.
Any advice anyone?
