Weighing Income against Cost of Living in Singapor (Singapore)

Hello. I have been offered a job in Singapore and I am curious about how reasonable the offer is weighted against the standard of living.

The offer is to manage a budding business — a high-end tea house.
The offer is 3,200 Singapore dollars a month.
It will be 40 hrs. a week. Management, but also some internet marketing.

Will I be eating raman noodles four nights a week? Or getting by in a comfortable apartment with few worries? I'm not an extravagant person by any means.

(I will be doing more research tonight. I just thought I'd throw it out there and see what people feel.)

Thanks all!
