Which is the best way to find a job in Singapore?

Hello everyone, I'm currently working in Munich and i will get my Master in Management in December in Milan.
I would like to come to work in Singapore and therefore my question is: Which is the best way to find a job here? which channels should i use for my research? websites or recruiting companies? any problem for the Visa etc.?
Any suggestion and insight is more than welcome.
