Baby and Toddler Activities in Sofia

I've been in Sofia for two weeks now and I can't seem to find any baby or toddler groups. Apart from indoor soft play, in one of the shopping malls, is there anywhere the expat mums meet with their kiddies or any ideas on things to do for children two years old and under?

I'm from the UK where there is a constant programme for under twos - cookery courses, baby sensory, baby massage, indoor swings/slides etc. What do mums do to entertain their kids all day here?
