Moving to Bulgaria (Sofia)

Hiya, I would welcome any information please, we were currently looking at moving to Spain to live but by searching Bulgaria I found you get a better home for your pound :0) has anyone bought in Bulgaria that can give me some advice? We were thinking of the bourgas area as we have seen a really nice house we like, however it just needs a few jobs to put it in a finished state, any help would be greatly received.
