small holding in bulgaria (Sofia)

currently living in essex uk looking to move to bulgaria for a spot of the good life ! owning and running a small holding and being virtualy self sufficiant. on a budget. looking for any advice on location especialy from people who have made the move or already live there as well as any expat opinions. this is not limeted to sofia but I wasnt sure where else to post.
