The Soviet Army Monument (Sofia)

Hello, I saw pictures online of the Soviet Army Monument downtown painted the colors of the Ukrainian flag to show support for the Ukrainian people. Is this monument still painted as of Thursday, February 27?

And is there a publication I can send photos I have taken around Sofia to (I only have one photo I want to send)? Thanks for your advice!
