ex-pat's wives & girlfriends keeping busy? (St. Petersburg)

My boyfriend is moving to St. Petersburg for business. I am thinking about moving there with him, however, I'm afraid I will be bored out of my mind. He told me I do not need to work, but I like to keep myself busy so I am looking at enrolling in MBA classes or finding work. So far it has been very difficult for me to find any work leads because I do not speak Russian. Does anyone know of any opportunities? In the states I work for Target corporate, office doing marketing/communications. Any feedback, or experiences would be very much appreciated? Thanks!
