Moving to st Petersburg with small cildren (St. Petersburg)

We Will be Moving to st Petersburg somewhere in THE following months with our 2 and 4 year old Dutch speaking daughters.
I have a lof of questions on scholing, healtcare (one of THE kids had medical issues and allergies) and would Like to get in touch with other expats with small children and also other Dutch speaking people that live in st Petersburg!!
