Requirements:
1. Higher education, technical is preferred
2. Experience of the secretary in technical department, any other administrative experience (office-manager, administrator, etc)
3. Experience in dealing with clients
4. Readiness to take calls from clients 24 hours per day, to come to the office on weekends in emergency cases
5. English from intermediate level
6. Excellent communicative skills
7. Organizational skills

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance of the premises by property management team
2. Organize, control and coordinate tenders in looking for best suppliers for the premises (equipment, furniture, consumables, etc); control suppliers’ work, control for payments to suppliers
3. Coordinate Jensen tenants moving in and moving out of the premises; prepare acts of transfer and acceptance, check apartments before moving in
4. Create and support database of inventory in the apartments
5. Carry out satisfactory surveys
6. Control of existing client’s database (birthdays, presents, contacts and etc.)
7. Take all kind of requests from clients 24 hours per day, coordinate and control for providing services according to this requests
8. Control for the premises preparation for the new tenants (furniture, internet, utilities, etc)
9. Control for providing all necessary services for short – term and long – term clients (visa registration, visa invitation, tours, guides, professional translating, water suppliers, cleaning services, etc)
10. Provide all necessary information to accountants for doing invoices, controlling payment for all these services
11. Carry out expense reports
