Moving in Norway (Stavanger)

currently i am residing in Gulf region and nationality is Indian

Please advise cost of living and a broader perspective on how things are there in Stavanger; as recently I got an offer from one of Oil & Gas Company related to engineering job for long term basis

What they are offering is Protected content per month for a long term assignment of 1 year which is extendable depends on project cycles

please advise will that be ok to live a comfortable life over there along with a good saving.

this surely will be of great help as i need to judge and take a decision on it.
