30k SEK pm - would this be enough? (Stockholm)

Hi Friends,
Hope you are doing good. Just a quick question - would 30K SEK salary per month (net i.e. after tax) be enough for a small family (husband, wife and two kids (2 years and 1 year)) in Stockholm? Idea is to live a comfortable life and also do some savings and they would have to arrange for an apartment, school fee, medical etc everything from this 30k amount. Would be grateful if you could please comment on this.
