Advice for starting a business in Sweden (Stockholm)

Hello everyone. I am in the process of patenting a device back in the USA with others, and of course we will seek EU patent requirements anything applicable.

The associated application of the device will be "bench scale" research processes which can be applied to a variety of industries, particularly the development of coatings and bio / pharma research applications.

For multiple reasons I would prefer to create company in Europe vs. USA. I have heard Sweden particularly is friendly to start ups and being within the EU it would make expansion into some regions within the EU easier.

I am guessing, initially, the start up would employee around 8 to 10 people, manager, support staff, and applicable staff for research planning purposes.

If anyone can give me their experience / advice about of starting a business as a foreigner in Sweden that would be great?
