ID card/person number? (Stockholm)

Hey everyone. I'm moving to Sweden in a few weeks after getting a job there teaching music at an international school. I have a work permit and residence card, as well as a formal offer of employment. Does anyone know how long it takes to get a person number and ID card after applying? Has anyone had trouble opening a bank account in the process? The Local doesn't have much by way of positive encouragement :/
