Tax advantage for Baltic company (Stockholm)

Guys and Gurus,
I am thinking to start a Baltic company to avoid paying heavy tax for for the lives of 2nd generation refugees and their dozen kids in wealthy western countries such as in Sweden, Norway, Germany etc.

Does anyone have any idea how much tax you pay if you have a company in say Latvia and work in Norway or Sweden?

Do you know any place or websites I can visit?
