Wanted: Key Account Manager and / or Content Direc (Stockholm)

We are an international organization growing quickly and are in need for Key Account Managers and Content Directors to

help us reach new heights in Protected content .

1. Key Account Manager: We are looking for hungry, competitive executives to create an impact immediately. An ideal

candidate will be energetic with a glowing personality while boasting a track record of victories and success throughout

his/her life. As a Key Account Manager you will join our HQ in Stockholm and play a key role in building and cultivating

relationships, create opportunities throughout Europe and generate new revenue growth. You will get to work with some

of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high quality solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. A top

candidate for this position will have the aptitude to make adjustments and constantly learn and apply new sales strategies

exemplifying versatility and coachability while possessing the skill to close business time after time.


 Fluent English skills are required as all communication will done in English (even internally)

 Experience in Face-to-face and telephone sales

 Willingness to travel abroad

 Excellent selling, closing, and objection handling abilities

 Ability to build new and manage existing relationships

 Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans

 Set and meet individual targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Protected content of sales experience.

 Ability to think strategically about clients goals and create partnership solutions that are perfectly tailored to their

business objectives.

 Ability to work independently and be self- driven within a team structure.

 Excel at managing multiple tasks at one time and perform in a high energy, fast paced environment.

 The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with the ability to work in a very autonomous environment.

 Bachelor degree is preferred.

 Encouraged to apply with experience in/as: Brokers, Conceptual Sales, Solution Sales and Ad Sales.

2. Content Director: We are looking for creative hands-on Program/Content Directors for leading European wide media and

business events to join our HQ in Stockholm.

An ideal candidate will be an entrepreneur with the ability to develop new, successful concepts as well as further grow our

existing portfolio. As a Content Director you will need a flexible mindset as you will work with a number of business

functions, including marketing, sales and operation departments and be a self-going business man driving our leading

events towards higher targets.

Your Responsibilities:

 Targeted market research (This includes cold calling so you must be confident on the telephone)

 Analyze research to write and develop commercial conference programs

 Brief marketing, sales, and sponsorship departments

 Create event budgets

 Manage budgets and speaker requirements

 Identify and secure high-level speakers from leading companies

 Work with the project team to manage costs and maximize streams of revenue

 Manage relationship with speaking faculty while the training product is in the market

 Generate new topic ideas

 Build relationships with industry partners and speakers

 Coordinating with speakers to ensure the smooth running of the event

 Socialize and network to develop contacts to improve the event in the future

 Travel throughout Nordics, Europe and beyond!
