Which salary to choose? Canadian or Swedish (Stockholm)

Hi everyone. I'm new to Stockholm, moved here 2 wks ago for a 2 yr assignment with work. I need to choose between being paid in Canadian Dollars or Swedish Kroner.

If I'm paid Canadian, I'll be exchanging the money myself at current market rates (my company will pay for transfer fees) to my SWE bank account. I can reap the rewards of exchange rates, or suffer the consequences if the Dollar sinks.

If I'm paid Swedish Kroner, my salary will be paid at a fixed rate of 6.34 KR per CDN Dollar for the next year regardless of fluctuations in exchange rates.

Just curious what your thoughts are on the better option.
