Moving to strasbourg (Strasbourg)

I'll be moving soon to Strasbourg.
There are many questions that I want to ask so better if I make a list lol.
1. What's the best fix and mobile operator that has more network coverage and promotions for internet ADSL and mobile?
2. Can you suggest me some sites to can find houses to rent and also to find a job?
3. Which supermarket company is more cheap ?
4. I'll reach Strasbourg by my own Italian car so my questions is how much time can my car remain freely?or is there any procedure need to be followed? And the Italian assurance works in France?

Tra un po mi trasferirò a Strasburgo. 
Ci sono diverse domande che voglio fare quindi meglio che le elenchi. 
1. Qual'é il migliore operatore fisso e mobile che ha più copertura e promozioni a prezzi ragionevoli per internet sia ADSL e mobile? 
2. Siti per trovare case e lavoro? 
3. In quale supermercato costa meno fare la spesa?Intendo tipo l'eurospin. 
4. Mi recherò a strasburgo con la mia auto italiana. Vorrei sapere se l'auto essendo con targa italiana può rimanere liberamente a tempo indeterminato o devo fare qualche procedura? L'assicurazione italiana vale in Francia?
