HELP - Moving to Baden-Württemberg ASAP (Stuttgart)

Hallo :)

I'm moving near to Reutlingen ASAP. Has anyone got any advice for finding an appartment to rent in Germany/Reutlingen?

I'm planning on finding a course to learn German once i'm over there. I've read on other threads that the VHS are good for language courses, does anyone else have any tips/advice for finding German language courses?

Also what is the best way to meet people? Are there many expat communities? I know internations organise events for members which is useful, but what experiences have you had since arriving in Germany and intergrating into a local community??

Any help, tips, advice or pointers in the right direction is much appreciated.
