Oehringen/Neuenstein Hoehenlohe (Stuttgart)

Hello,
I am thinking about accepting a nanny position in the Oehringen/ neuentein (hohenlohe) area. As I understand this is quite a rural area I've a few concerns. Would there be an English speking doctor in this region or would I have to go to Stuttgart (My work hours will be log so I don't know if it will be feasible for me to get to Stuttgart especially as I will be on the train (I won't have a car). Also, are there gyms/fitness centres in this area? Are supermarkets open past Protected content ? What would be the best way to meet friends? I don't speak German (yet) but hope to pick it up quickly. Any advice is appreciated. Cheers!
