Question for Musicians (Stuttgart)

Hallo,

I'm a classically trained flute player and I'm planning on trying to build up a studio with some students from international schools until my German is on point enough to teach to German speakers.

I'm wondering what the general policy is on practicing inside of apartments and whether there are any spaces that people can go to for practicing and/or rent for teaching private lessons.

It might be a long shot, but I thought maybe someone on this forum has experience teaching private music lessons or some ideas.
