Taco Bell (Stuttgart)

This might sound stupid but my brother's birthday is coming up and he is the biggest Taco Bell fan in the world. Are there any military ID card holders in this forum, that would be able to sign me in as their guest at Patch Barracks, or who would be willing to buy some Taco Bell for me while I'll wait for you outside of the gates? I'd put in some extra cash for the effort.
