Best bar in SBY? (Surabaya)

This is probably an age old question, but what in your opinion is the best sports bar in Surabaya? I'm looking for somewhere with a good drinks selection (stocked), clean, and comfortable. Price of drinks isnt a worry. Also, must play the English Premier League football with the sound on preferably.

A wine bar would also be a hit........
