utilities (Suzhou)

Hi Everyone,

I know this thread is for Suzhou, but I figured it is similar to Xiamen since they are close. My wife and I may be moving to Xiamen next year and we were wondering on average how much would utilities cost in winter? I hear that it can go up to Protected content a month since near Suzhou and Xiamen areas there isn't central heating like in Beijing or Shanghai. Is this correct? I would appreciate any information regarding the costs of utilities.
