IELTS score for migrating to Aus via state sponsor (Sydney)

Hi, I am currently residing in Dubai and in process to migrate to Australia.. Since I am working as an IT Administrator, I can migrate only through State Sponsorship. I did my IELTS exam and scored as following:
Listening and Reading = 7.0
Writing = 6.5
Speaking = 8.5
Overall = 7.5
Is this enough to get through the visa process?? or is it MANDATORY to get 7.0 in ALL sections.??
