This role would suit an experienced Team leader or a successful Consultant or Account Manager who is ready to step
up to the plate and take on the challenge of a management role.

The Challenges:
 Leading from the front to manage a profitable end-to-end Account Management desk within your industry
 Managing existing client relationships with the aim of being the preferred supplier for each account
 Forging new client relationships in your industry sector to achieve maximum market penetration in your
industry
 Day-to-day leadership of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers
The person we are looking for will have:
 More than 4 years of recruiting experience, including IT recruiting
 Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring staff
 A proven track record of successful billing and client development
 Exceptional communication, influencing, presentation and influencing skill
