Life in Australia (Sydney)

i m checking english speaking countries and i would like to receive feedback about your experience in living in Sydney.
Is is hard to find a job there in customer service/logistic or other commercial position, how is the job market, average salary, cost of living and life outside, cultural events, to get a better idea about the life there and if it can be a proper destination for me
