Studying in Australia (Sydney)

Hello Everyone!

I am a BS Nursing graduate and a licensed one but I am already tired of my profession. Studying nursing was just forced to me by my mother. So now, I am planning to study abroad, I plan to study in your country and I would like to take up any Tourism and Hospitality Management related courses. Can anyone suggest to me any good school that have the aforementioned course and that accept applications from overseas?
