Sydney - Cost of living on a tight budget

Hello,
I'm arriving in Sydney in about a month, and I'm currently doing my budgeting.

For the first couple of months, I intend to be pretty conservative in terms of spending, so I'm not looking to do anything flashy or dine out every day.

Could you give me a rough estimate of weekly cost of living for one person? Broken down in say:
Shared housing:
Groceries
Food
Transport

Would be really helpful!
