help wanted (Taipei)

Hi my name is Bas , i'm 24 years old and currently living in the Netherlands.
my girlfriend is a Taiwanese and we are looking for some help.
for a few months we decided that i want to migrate to Taiwan so we can get to the next step (marriage and living together) , so we can finally stop traveling around the world.
so i'm looking for someone who can provide me with the necessary information what needed for migration.
for instance am i allowed to look for jobs if i'm there for 90 days or is this illegal ?
and if so what can i do to get a work permit in taiwan ?
