Job experience in Taipei

I am a 27 year old italian who is planning to move to Taipei for some time. The first thing I thought of was to teach foreign languages, but it seems that except for English there is not much interest in other foreign languages. I could teach Italian and German. My English is good enough, but it's difficult to compete with native English speakers in this field.

I would be very grateful to anyone willing to share his or her experiences with me and to recommend me websites where I could look for a job, or even better, schools which offer Italian or German.
