Locating people in Taipei, Taiwan

Hello-
I am trying to locate several individuals in the Taipei, Taiwan area and was wondering if anyone has access to some sort of phone book/address book that could be of assistance to me. If anyone is interested in locating these people themselves and assisting with the process we do pay commission. We are a real estate company searching for certain individuals that owned property here in the United States. Their property has been lost to tax auction due to failure to pay their property taxes. Our company can retrieve for the previous owners excess funds from the sale.
