Mandarin Class (Taipei)

I see that National Taiwan University (NTU) and National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) both have similar Mandarin programs. I am wondering if anyone has taken Mandarin at either or both? If so, which do you recommend? ...Or, is there another course that is highly recommended that I may have missed?
