Need more information. (Taipei)

Hi everyone !

My friend and me visited Taiwan last year and we fell in love of this country <3 We planned to live this october, we checked the apartment avaible on a Taiwaneze website and all apartment we like are in Tamsui. We never visited this part and we wanted to found something in New Taipei.

Someone can tell me more about Tamsui ? There is a better part of Tamsui to live ? It s possible to found something good in New Taipei less than Protected content ?
