need urgent help to find babysitter, nanny .. (Taipei)

Hello, i need urgent help finding a babysitter for our adorable 2 young daughters age 2 and 4. I am German and we just moved to Taipei (btw, we love the city very much), but it seems impossible to find a babysitter or nanny or house helper .. , we have tried lots of things already but without to much success yet, any leads will be really appreciated. We live in Xinyi district not far from the Taipei University Hospital. Best M & C
