To move or not to move? (Taipei)

Hi everyone.
My husband has been offered a job in Taiwan. We are now having to consider the offer. Our concerns are- schools we have a 10 year old daughter who finishes primary school next summer. Work- I am a midwife and wondering if I can work there and finally - where to live and what are the choices for accommodation. I would appreciate any advice.
