Allowable expenses for a small business (Tallinn)

Hello,

Do you know which expenses are allowed in Estonia for small businesses?
I have a Limited Liability company (Oü), and I heard there are limits for the expenses that you can put on your business. Example:
- for fuel: 64 euros per month without explanation. Up to Protected content per month requires description of itinerary.

I have the same questions for all the types of expenses: courses, cars costs, household costs, business trips, insurance, juridical services, newspapers, other expenses.
