Expats opinions about life in Estonia (Tallinn)

Dear expats in Estonia!

I am inviting you to take part in an interesting development project, where me and Sonia Sousa from Tallinn University Institute of Informatics are seeking to meet with people from different nationalities living in Estonia, to gather their opinions and ideas about opportunities to participate in local and decision-making processes, using information technology solutions.

We would like to encourage you to take a short survey about general internet habits, and through this survey we would like to connect with everyone, who would like to talk to us more and take part in following discussion events about living in Estonia and communicating with various state or local authorities and having a say how things could be done in Estonia.
