How to deal/cope with winters in Tallinn?
As I"m reading that winters in Tallinn are very dark and cold, I'm wondering how locals cope during these months? My spouse and I are potentially moving, and this my spouse's biggest concern. I'm guessing that people socialize a lot during this time, and seek out venues for entertainment?
I'd be interested to hear people's experiences with the winter (how cold, how long it lasts, etc), and what you do to survive the season.
