Licensed Est-Eng interpreter for driving test (Tallinn)

Hi,
I have a driving test next Monday in Tallinn and I have been told I have to arrange for a 'licensed' Eesti-Eng-Eesti interpreter on my own. If anyone has been through this, or know someone, can you kindly refer? I hope it doesn't cost me a fortune :) I am even willing to pick & drop anywhere in Tallinn.
