Looking for a good doctor as our GP (Tallinn)

Hi all,

So as we continue to get settled into life here in Tallinn and take care of the laundry list of items that go along with that, my wife and I are at the point where we have to choose a general practioner to be our family doctor.

I understand about being "zoned" to a certain doctor, but that there is the option to apply to one outside of our area. The one we would normally be assigned to has gotten some bad reviews, so we'd like to explore our options rather than going with the default choice.

So can anyone recommend a good doctor that we can apply to become patients of (applying to be a doctor's patient - what an interesting concept...)?
