Russian lessons in Tallinn?

Hello everyone:) does anyone know where it would be possible to take Russian lessons in Tallinn (based on English), in A2/B1 level?
I have tried to google these but the only place I can found in Pushkin institute and I've been in contact with them but they seem not to offer anything at the moment, even private lessons seem not to be available.
If anyone knows any institution/school/private teacher/private person/anything, I would appreciate info:)
