MarkIT business model enables customers to buy directly from the major IT distribution companies in their local market and internationally. Company HQ, development centre and central customer service are located in Tallinn, Estonia.

We are looking for
Swedish, Norwegian and Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative in Estonia.
If you feel passionate about communicating with different people, like to be helpful, accept daily challenges and have proactive mindset towards helping customers succeed then this might be the right position for you.

Your main responsibility is to keep customers happy through everyday activities like:
Providing answers to customers' inquiries by phone and e-mail
Managing customer data and order entries
Monitoring and managing delivery time of orders
Creating offers for customers
Managing return and warranty cases, organizing logistics
Communicating with other departments, vendors and service partners

The main requirements:
Good communication and problem solving skills with strong customer service focus
Good knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and proficiency in at least one of them
Good knowledge of English
Good computer skills and interest or background in IT
Ability to work both in a team and independently
