Tallin in August - where can I find more info ? (Tallinn)

Hi Everyone,
I'm coming over at the end of August to spend a week or two at this awesome city, I'm wondering about good places to go out and meet young people, I'd like to get to know expats and locals. As I am single I'd like to maybe go to places that are more fun and recommended, can anyone tell me a bout an online guide that may have real up tod ate info about fun stuff in Tallin?
