where NOT to go (Tallinn)

if anyone wonders about cafes-restaurants in Tallinn, I can suggest where NOT to go, and that is famous, no. 1 cafe in estonia on Protected content it is ironic) called 'MOON'.
we just went there with friends and received an awful customer treatment (probably the fame of of the place has reached to the waiters head). anyway, if you want to keep your good mood, then MOON is not the place to go! :S
