Best Hotel in Tashkent

Dear Tashkent locals, experts and expats,

Going to be in Tashkent this week for business.. Book myself at Radisson Blu Tashkent since been told its the best business hotel. But recently I heard that the old interconn is a better place to stay... I am aware is no longer part of the international Intercontinental group, even tho what you recommend?

Also if someone can recommend nice stylish cool restaurant where to take business partner would appreciate... Any cool bar/club to mingle with locals also welcome (want to avoid any tourist trap capital scheme and all places full with potential prostitutes, etc,,)
