Address registration (Tbilisi)

Hi all,

I am in the process of wanting to register a business and I have asked my landlord to whom we pay cash to see if he would use his address as a physical address for this purpose. He is a little worried about this as he thinks he will get investigated for tax etc. I have found out this is not the case but am looking for a plan B.
Outside the registries office there are folks hawking an address for Protected content . Has anyone used these folks as we understand it can be pulled and then you have to re register with another one. Is this a big con or has anyone else used another service.
I had found an accountant who was very reasonable and after being potentially ripped off by others am willing to pass on her details.
Is there anywhere on this website where expats can reccomend say businesses , like a car repair shop etc where folks have got good service.
