coming to Tbilisi for a weekend

HI all,
Greetings from Kuwait!, I am planing to visit Tbilisi on 5,6 &7th May, I would really appreciate your suggestions & insights of what to do & what not to do in Tbilisi. How I could spend a three days there and enjoy it, considering that I like sightseeing, taking photos, landscapes & fresh air, visiting historical places, and above all that I love food & making friends..
