Formal Hair Styling and Makeup (Tbilisi)

Hi all, another wedding related question but maybe also useful for non-brides: where is the best place in Tbilisi for formal hair styling and professional make-up? I would like to test getting an up-do and air-brushed make-up while visiting for Christmas. Anyone have a favorite salon/stylist? Smoke-free strongly preferred :)
I've heard of the Natali network of salons, but that's probably my top price point. By "European" standards they are reasonable, but my Georgian mother-in-law to be almost had a heart attack when she heard the prices and went storming out of there :)
